Beyonce graces the cover of Vogue‘s March 2013 issue, on newsstands February 19.
Here is what the 31-year-old Grammy-winning singer had to share with the magazine:
On giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy: “I felt very maternal around eight months. And I thought I couldn’t become any more until I saw the baby. . . . But it happened during my labor because I had a very strong connection with my child. I felt like when I was having contractions, I envisioned my child pushing through a very heavy door. And I imagined this tiny infant doing all the work, so I couldn’t think about my own pain. . . . We were talking. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt a communication.”
On her new family life: “I feel like I have something that has grounded me so much more. Family has always been important. I’ve always had my mother and my father and my husband. But it’s just… Life is so much more than… It’s not defined by any of this.”
On splitting with her father as her business manager: “My soul has been tarnished… My father taught me so much about being a businesswoman. And I’m understanding him a lot now… A lot of the crazy things he did were necessary.”
Gwyneth Paltrow on her gal pal: “When she is working onstage, she has more power than any woman I’ve ever seen. She would never say it and has never said it, but I feel she knows with every fiber of her being that she is the best in the world at her job.”

Boston (CNN) — A monster blizzard has left at least one person dead and hundreds of thousands of New Englanders in the dark and in the cold Friday night, thanks to a storm that’s already delivered whipping winds and more than a foot of snow in some parts, with prospects of even double that by the time it’s done.
The storm — actually the convergence of two powerful systems — began in earnest Friday morning in parts of New York and is expected to continue well into Saturday in Rhode Island, eastern Massachusetts and Maine.
Snow was more or less continuous for much of the region all day, with some lulls as well as times when it picked up considerably. At one point Friday night, for instance, Connecticut’s emergency management agency warned on Twitter that “a wide ban of extremely heavy snow” was moving through the central and eastern parts of the Nutmeg State, dropping snow at a staggering rate of 4 to 5 inches an hour.
Check out Jennifer Lawrence and her co-star Josh Hutcherson in a newly released still pictures from their highly anticipated film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, but the movie doesn’t hit theaters until Nov. 20.
The 22-year-old Golden Globe winner was also joined in other stills by her co-stars including Liam Hemsworth, Sam Claflin, and director Francis Lawrence.

Over 3 million rang in the holiday season at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday with more than 20 floats joined the parade including the Big Apple, Gift of Freedom and 1-2-3 Sesame Street, lifts NYC spirits.
Joining the parade – Hello Kitty, Kermit the Frog, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Spongebob Squarepants, Julius, Spider-Man, Kung Fu Panda, Ronald McDonald, the Pillsbury Doughboy, Pikachu, Buzz Lightyear, Sailor Mickey Mouse and Sonic the Hedgehog.

Justin Bieber was caught in another traffic fiasco Friday afternoon causing a minor crash which ended with two aggressive paparazzi crashing into each other.

The ‘Boyfriend’ singer was either a passenger or the driver in his infamous Fisker Karma. TMZ has the report.
Justin Bieber was in the middle of a crazy incident Friday afternoon, which ended with 2 paparazzi crashing into each other … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Justin was either a passenger or the driver in his Fisker Karma (it’s unclear because we have shots of him in both seats), which was traveling down Ventura Blvd. A CHP officer happened to pass him, and noticed a Nissan driving “aggressively close behind.”
The cop stopped Justin for tinted windows, knowing that the Nissan would probably stop … which it did. Turns out … the Nissan was being driven by someone in Justin’s security detail.
As the cop was speaking to Justin, several paparazzi roared up to the scene. Two of them in separate cars apparently lost control, hit each other and went up on the curb.

Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, has died. He was 82.
His family said he died at 2:45 p.m. Saturday after complications “resulting from cardiovascular procedures.” He had undergone heart bypass surgery this month in Cincinnati, near where he lived. The family did not say where he died.

OMG! Filipino designer Oliver Tolentino was featured in Tyra Banks’ fashion reality show America’s Next Top Model All-Stars.
Amazing creations. He’s known for putting materials like abaca and piña in his designs. Oliver Tolentino‘s evening gowns and cocktail dresses debuted in ANTM All-Stars makeover episode, where seven contestants wore his fabulous creations for a shoot. Check out photos here.

MANILA, Philippines – After Michael Cinco, another Filipino was chosen as a featured designer in hit fashion reality show “America’s Next Top Model.”
Oliver Tolentino’s creations were worn by model-contestants during the “Fierce and Parade Fashion Show” of “America’s Next Top Model.”
Seven out of 15 contestants also donned his couture gowns in a previous episode.
The Hollywood-based Filipino designer, known for incorporating indigenous materials such as abaca in his designs, said he is happy to be part of the show.
