Mariah Carey announced her comeback with a new single titled ‘Triumphant’ which is coming out early August, unveiling details and artist collaboration via Twitter.
So I can finally announce to you that my new single is coming out early August! It’s called TRIUMPHANT (Get ‘Em) ft. Rick Ross & Meek Mill.

Carey posted a tweet that her new single, titled “Triumphant (Get ‘Em)” featuring rappers Rick Ross and Meek Mill will be released in August. Mimi is definitely back!

Carey also tweeted, “I wrote TRIUMPHANT when I was going through a difficult time & it helped me get through it. When u hear it, pay attention 2 the lyrics #WIN.”
While Mimi’s husband Nick Cannon recently said in an interview that ‘American Idol‘ can’t afford his wife’s talent fee, Deadline.com reports that Carey is nearing deal to join the show as a judge.
Deadline reports say: “I hear Carey would command a salary of more than $17 million for next season, which would set a new record for talent on a reality series, eclipsing the paycheck of Idol‘s Jennifer Lopez.”
