Pregnant Kate Middleton photos were published showing off her baby bump in a bikini on a vacation to Mustique with her husband Prince William.
Italian gossip magazine Chi featured the pics on the cover of their magazine which reads “La Pancia Cresce” or “Your Belly Grows”.
These are the first photos of the baby bump of the Duchess of Cambridge.
