Filipino-Australian singer and thespian Roseo José Rosales popularly known as RJ Rosales has passed away in Sydney on December 4, 2011 via Twitter. He was 37.

Rosales was a theater actor then and a former ABS-CBN talent/ASAP regular. Rosales’ big break was in Miss Saigon. His last film role was in the movie Blue Moon where he received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor. The past year RJ has been performing regularly in musicals at the Esplanade theater in Singapore.

Rumors on the cause of his death quickly occur in twitter ranging from acardiac arrest down to suicide. Details of his death have yet to be confirmed.
